This show has been nominated for a Hulu Award!
American Gladiators is a show that needs no introduction in 2008, when it unexpectedly stormed the primetime ratings in the midst of the writer's strike. Whether you watch it to see Titan flexing his grotesque thighs, or to see hosts Hulk Hogan and Laila Ali proclaim their eternal love for the contestants, this is a show that combines cheese with hard-nosed, genuine competition.

This show would be freakin FANTASTIC if they just have the contestants and hosts shut the hell up! I don't care why they're in the competition! I want to see the Gladiators PUMMEL THEM! Plus, the sappy boring contestant videos and all the yappin make me go into a coma.

I hope it sticks around for a while but I worry now that NBC has stopped showing the full episodes. But as long as they show it, I'll watch. I'll try not to be too bitter if they end this great show.
