Great people, fantastic scenes. WOW.

Iggy and Tom. the best.

One of the greatest movies of this decade (conveniently the millennium as well), compromising both an astonishingly accurate story-to-title leap and a collection of 90% consistent mini-stories that either stand on their own or live up to the project title and back up that A+ 5-star rating.

I recognize I sound like a Jim Jarmusch groupie, and I probably am one deep inside, but I know nothing consciously of his other work. I am, however, as close to an admitted Bill Murray groupie as they come without acknowledging any actual groupie-level self-depreciation. I am also an amateur Roberto Benigni worshiper, for whatever credit that gets me, and a Steven Wright appreciator, but sincerely non-manically, I swear.

This movie lives up to its fantastically simple name. That's more than most works of art we're all privy to in this day and age. For that alone, give it 96.5 minutes of your precious hulu-surfing time. For Bill Murray in all of his beautifully innocent horizontal striped, cigarette-smoking, aproned, coffeepot-chugging everyman glory, give this movie your love and respect. Give it anything else it demands too while you're at it. Just watch it. Love it, don't date pretend not to be impressed by the cast list, even if it does get a WEE WEE bit boring.

At first, I was convinced deciding to watch this movie was a mistake. I only decided to because all the signs in my life were pointing to it. However, the scenes progressively get better and better until they climax in the hilarious last scene. Bear through the first scenes, (although Renee was funny), and you will be rewarded by the amazingness of the latter scenes. I highly suggest. I give is 5 stars even though I was board out of my wits in the beginning, just for the last scene which I watched twice. But watch the whole thing, because it puts the last scene into context.
