You can enjoy most of Hulu's content without signing up for a Hulu account, but we encourage you to sign up to take advantage of the following features of our service:

• Maintain a video queue and add videos to it for future viewing.
• Subscribe to shows and Hulu will add new videos for those shows to your queue.
• Rate and write user reviews for videos.
• Activate resume play. Log into Hulu on a particular computer, and as long as you remain logged in, any video will resume playing where you left off previously.
• Create a profile page from which you can monitor your Hulu activity. You can also choose to share your interests with other users through your public profile.

We also require users to have a Hulu account and to be logged in to watch any content intended for mature audiences.

If nothing happens after you enter your login information and click submit, please be sure you've enabled Cookies and JavaScript in your browser. To do this you can follow the steps below for your browser.

Internet Explorer

1. Click the Tools menu.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click the Custom Level button.
5. Scroll down until you see the "Scripting" section. Select the "Enable" radio button for "Active Scripting."
6. Click the OK button.
7. Click the Yes button in the confirmation window.
8. Click the Privacy tab.
9. Click the Default button.
10. Move the slider to "Medium".
11. Click the OK button.

Firefox on Windows

1. Click the Tools menu.

3. Click the Contents tab.
4. Select the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.
5. Click the Security tab.
6. Select the "Accept cookies from sites" checkbox.

If the response "We have no record of that address" appears when you submit your email address, then the email address is not registered to an account in our records. Please verify the correct email address used to register the account.

The invitation email that you received from Hulu was for our beta period. We are now open to the public, so you no longer have to login to use our site. If however, you still want an account, you can sign up by going to our registration page.

Please first try logging out, exiting the browser, and then in a new browser window log back into your account, then view the video.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may click on "Delete My Account" from your user profile page (http://www.hulu.com/users/delete) and then confirm account termination. If you are unable to log in, you may alternatively send an email to support@hulu.com (subject line: Account Termination Request) from the registered email address.

Reviews on Hulu are intended to allow users to share feelings, both good and bad, about the content available. It’s our hope that people will use reviews to communicate their opinions in a constructive and helpful manner.

The Hulu reviews team regularly checks incoming reviews. This is not intended to censor or limit our users, but to encourage users to raise the bar in their comments. Reviews are never erased from our system. Instead, they are hidden from view and stored in our database. Users who feel that their reviews were unjustly removed can email feedback@hulu.com and the Hulu reviews team will reassess.

The following criteria are cause for a review to be hidden:

• Completely off-topic (not at all related to the video or show being reviewed).
• Suggesting of violence or unnecessarily insulting (either toward another user or a person in the video/show).
• Contains a spoiler (even if the user puts in a spoiler warning).
• Requests for more content (all content requests should be sent to content@hulu.com).
• Using terms to avoid the potty mouth filter (e.g. replacing letters with punctuation, using derogatory terms).
• Link spam (e.g. repeating effectively the same message or link over and over, such as by copy-and-paste).
