Description

Excellent!

Watch the whole show on TV (or when it comes on Hulu) and you'll find out that Tabitha knows EXACTLY what she is doing.

So I'd say, Bravo, BRAVO!

Kitchen Disasters Want to Be

Tabatha acts like a jerk just because she can - she gives them hell for rudeness and bad attitude, but she seems irritated when they dish it back. Dunno - I found no entertainment and more importantly, very little business lesson in watching the episodes on BravoTV.com She busts the staffs balls, but the problem is clearly a lack of management in the first place.
