So, I admit it. I watch this show. Only because Jill is Soooooooo obnoxious, Alex is so clueless, like a little dog waiting for scraps; Bethenny is desparate, Ramona is tasteless(Money can't buy class) and Alex's husband is pathetic. The only wife who is appealing, personable is Lu-Ann and oddly enough she's a countess!!!!

as a native new yorker, i totall "get" these women and they're classic! i can see how some people would be put off by them, but, they're the real deal. in contrast to the real housewives of the oc, these ladies are light years ahead. each lady embodies a different aspect of the nyc elite. to truly get this ladies, i think you have to be from manhattan. i find them to be lest vapid and predictable than the oc ladies.

My sister and I are hooked on this show and are so sorry it's over! When is the sequel? After watching the reunion show, all we can say is that the camera does not lie. Alex and Simon are obnoxious which makes it all the more fun to watch. Love Bethanny! Best of luck to Francois' "public school teacher!"
