This show gives people the terrible idea that it is common to turn food back to the kitchen. That will hurt the finances and operations of restaurants across the country when customers copy the idea they got from this show. The only times I have turned food back is when I get a piece of undercooked meat. I have found that if I don't order medium-well or well that there is a big risk of getting a raw mushy center. Christina really messed up on this episode, she should have been the one to go. She was being excessively abusive when in control (30 seconds too long to wait for the salmon?). She barks too much, too fast, and too shrilly - and doesn't have the cooking skills or experience to back it up. Frankly, none of the 15 chefs in this show are qualified to be an executive chef of an expensive restaurant. Neither is Ramsay for that matter. From what I have seen, Ramsay is a great cook, maybe even great chef, but he is terrible at running a restaurant.
