The humor isn't accessible enough. We don't all work in offices. Office Space was a great comedy. The Office is a good comedy. This is boring.

The weakest thing about the series is the music. For me, it doesn't match the feel and constantly distracts and disrupts the tempo. I don't like the fact they use Daniel Stern for Dilbert's voice either. Keeps bringing me back to Wonder Years.

Not too bad. I haven't really been an avid fan of the strip (I just plain don't read print paper), but it is mildly entertaining...about as funny as beavis and butthead (maybe a little less, and with different humor). I disagree that this would be on if it came after family guy, it is not anywhere near as thought out and complex. The voices kind of sound the same, and certainly lack any enrapturing enthusiasm such as on American Dad. I got to the 4th episode and after that I just did not care to see anymore, unlike how I watched the whole entire series of Arrested Development here on Hulu.
