Question

I liked the film, first of all. No real complaints... Unless it's this one...

Is it supposed to be Pierce who catches up with Clean Willy through the window (an hour and fifteen minutes into the film)? I've only found one synopsis that describes this moment, and it describes that man as Pierce. But unless I'm mistaken (or missed something earlier in the film), that's not Sean Connery through the window. I mean, the guy isn't even wearing the same clothes... What's happening here?
