Steven could have asked: "This program punishes poorly performing schools, then it offers money for parents to take their kids out of those schools and place them into private schools that aren't held to the same standards. Then it raises the bar on the already poorly performing school. Isn't this just a gradual method of privatizing public education?"

Politics aside. Great Episode as always.

He's multi-grain! I really love this show and it was very clever to compare the school sanctions to our sanctions on the middle east, North Korea etc.
