What is this spoofing exactly?

Actually a weird sketch that takes on a different type of approach. Good for SNL, which is seeming more and more tired and stale these days - without a real voice of its own amid the new slew of comedic brilliance coming from the likes of Comedy Central and such.

I know I've seen something semi-similar somewhere. What is this spoofing? Does anyone know? Or is it just kind of making fun of Olympics in general, and adding this kind of Eiffel 65 type music video for some reason. I know the Olympics usually have these electronica theme songs. Is that it?

Digital Shorts are the Best Parts of SNL

This definitely would not have been funny if Andy was not doing this. His looks to the camera are hilarious!
