Too subtle?

I think John Oliver's pieces are too subtle for the American public. I think hes great. The jokes dont have to hit me over the head, I get them. That's just not everyone's cup of tea

I love the uncomfortable interview

Stopping hating on the Oliver. He does a great "I'm being and idiot, and you don't understand whats happening" interview. What do you people want.

Bland

Someone needs to tell Robert DeNiro to make eye contact for longer than two seconds. Staring off into space and showing how bored you are makes you look like a jackass. Jon Oliver is boring, his interviews are taxing, not funny.

Zzzzz.....

Robert DiNiro intv ----borrrrrrinnnnnggg. Maybe someone needs to give him the direction: don't BE Robert DiNiro, ACT like Robert DiNiro.

He just comes across as such a beat-down pansy with no charm. Where's the raging bull?

And

John Oliver - so not funny and their using him all the time for some reason. He's barely entertaining and always an effort to watch. He doesn't satirize his subjects as much as just poke them with a stick until they walk away. Fire him. Or at the very least give him a once a month contract so I can look forward to him like a period.

More Wyatt. More Lewis Black. More Rob Riggle. More Jason Jones. Ok, Samantha B can stay too. But get rid of Aasif, kristen and John oliver - they suckidy suck
