I can tell Stone loves the Report. He wants to live in the alternate reality for this show. He's playing anti-liberal nutjob, so much so, that he is negating everything that Colbert is setting him up for. The humor of the interviews depends on Colbert setting up easy debate points and refuting them with absurdities and non-sequiters. If the interviewee responds without conflict, then it is no longer funny, unless they are scripted to agree.

The photo of Stephen as the living goddess is one of the creepiest things I've seen on the show.

Another great episode, and it had the "Who not honoring me" and three stooges! Oliver Stone was freaking creepy though. Jesus, Stephen looked uncomfortable as hell.

The dynamic between Oliver Stone and Stephen was terrible. Oliver's form of sarcasm, unlike Stephen's, was very odd, mean and most importantly, not funny. I don't know if he was reacting to the situation or if he's just a creep in real-life. Either way, I hope and expect that he will not be on the show anytime soon.
